This Scaffolding Ordinance (Gerüstordnung), published in the official register of the City of Berlin on August 31, 1930, No. 35, regulates the production, maintenance usage of various kinds of scaffolding for the owner, manufacturer, the contractor and his delegates. The ordinance takes effect on October 1, 1930, and is reinforced by the building inspection department.

The pamphlet provides seven folding plates with technical drawings detailing the usage of scaffolding for roofs, demolition, plaster work, masonry, and three variant ladder scaffolds, including one for masonry.
