Spiral-bound, notebook-style book with cardboard back cover. SIGNED by Smith on the back cover, dated, and numbered 8 of 12 copies in 3 colors of crayon. The book consists of a series of xeroxes on lined, yellow notebook paper and one xerox on white office paper. Nearly all of the images are of a set screw on the photocopier glass, with a short section midpoint, of the artist's hands on same.
