New York: Wynkoop & Hallenbeck, 1876. Near fine.. 20pp. Original grey printed wrappers. Very minor wear. A scarce prospectus for a silver mine owned by the Cascade Mining Company in Clear Creek County, Colorado. There are also several testimonials from mining journals. The final section of text contains the by-laws of the company, which is incorporated in New York City. A list of the board of trustees follows the title page. We locate a single copy, at the Denver Public Library.
