Milwaukee: Strickland and Co, 1863. First Edition. Octavo. 288pp., (6)pp. Ads at Rear. The author, a surgeon of the Fifth Regiment of Wisconsin Volunteers during the Civil War, presents his journal to the public in the style for which it was written, without correction of even its grammatical errors.
