Good. 468pp. Octavo [24 cm] 3/4 pebbled leather with blue cloth over boards, and gilt stamped titles on the front board and backstrip. Speckled edges. Brown floral endsheets. Eleven plates, including the double page Joseph and Hyrum. The extremities are rubbed, and there are thin losses from the ends of the backstrip. The text block is cracked throughout, and the front pastedown has a previous owner's name in pen. Biography of the third LDS President by Mormon intellectual and historian, B.H. Roberts.
