Title page with tear across center and preliminary illustrated plate chipped on edges both nicely repaired with newer paper on back, owner's name inked on front fly, owner's paper taped onto front pastedown, scattered foxing and light fingerprints on some pages, spine ends and corners worn, still a very good copy. Scarce, *OCLC* locates only 8 copies.
