Binding generally soiled with corner and edge wear, and the title page has light soil, else the textblock is very good, showing only occasional offsetting from the plates.
Illustrated with text figures as well as full page plates. The plates generally are renumbered for each section. Altogether there are 94 full page plates, some double page and some in chromolithography.
