[Small Group of Materials Relating to the Lincoln Mine in Mina, Nevada]

[Mina, Nv, 1935. Good.. Three maps, two with duplicates, plus eleven original photographs. Maps folded, with light wear. Five photos loose, six affixed with chipped leaves with typed captions. Plus two folded claim notices in an envelope. Three maps of the Lincoln Mine, located near Mina, Nevada, and the Garfield Flat in Mineral County. The first shows the topography of the area with some areas shaded to indicate geologic deposits and the location of the mine. The second map provides a survey of shafts and tunnels belonging to the mine. The final map is a blueprint that lays out the twelve adjoining claims that belong to the Lincoln Mine. The first two maps are present in duplicate. Also present are eleven photographs which mostly show the area immediately surrounding the mine. One image depicts the entrance of the mine shaft, and two show tunnels. A nice group of material on this little known 1930s Nevada mining operation.
