Very good. 8vo; 48pp; publisher's tan wrapper, string binding; stab hole in upper left corner through wrappers and all leaves, 1" chip to rear wrapper, light soiling to wrapper, scattered foxing, light chipping to spine; very good minus. Laws concerning the military in the state of Maine. Detailed review of Chapter 307 and its sections. Interesting in that there was an exemption for Quakers and Shakers. In addition, no "idiot, lunatic, common drunkard, vagabond, pauper or person convicted of any infamous crime" could be allowed to serve.
