International Discussion Bulletin: Thirteenth World Congress [7 issues]

Seven issues of the International Discussion Bulletin, a complete run for the period between Novermber 1989 and November 1990. Issues present are IDB 1-7. Various pagination, ranging from 22-31 pages, stapled either at upper left or along left side, 8.5 x 11 inches. All lightly worn, Numbers 4, 5, and 6, water damaged and slightly warped and with rust stains from staples, Numbers 3 and 7 with three holes punched along left sides with no loss of text, Number 7 with pen notation on front wrap, else generally good condition. Draft resolutions and debates on party functioning, published in the lead-up to the Thirteenth World Congress, which was scheduled for (truncated) late November / early December 1990, but did not end up happening until February 1991.
