The film starred Liza Minnelli in the title role alongside her co-stars Wayne Tippit, Guy Sorel, Robert Moore, Ken Howard, and James Coco. The film was released in 1970 and tells the story of a young woman named Junie Moon whose face has been disfigured by ill-gotten burns, and whose life is enriched by her relationships with an eclectic group of friends.
