Two brochures, tri-fold and bi-fold; respectively 7 1/4 x 12 1/4 unfolded and 6 x 3 1/2; off-white stock, printed and illustrated in black; the tri-fold one with small creases to corners; thin strips of age-toning to top and bottom; two holes for filing through right margin of first panel; very good condition; the smaller one lightly and evenly toned; small creases to corners; very good condition.Aparently-unrecorded short bibliographies, they were released by Paul Elder and Company - booksellers and publishers in San Francisco - the first one featuring "A list of books that thus far have appeared having as their theme some aspect of this marvelous achievement...," which Paul Elder had in stock. It listed 27 publications and included all relevant bibliographical information, including titles, authors, bindings, prices, and, in some cases, short descriptions. The second, smaller one listed 11 PPIE-related books Paul Elder had actually published himself. Not in OCLC, not in the trade (as of December 2020). (Inventory #: 002518)
