Scarce prospectus for this Montana and Idaho mining company, which staked claims on the border between the two states southeast of Wallace, Idaho. An extensive text promises "One of the great mining bonanzas," guaranteed to produce "millions in copper." In addition the usual promotional text, the prospectus includes expert testimonials from the State Mine Inspector of Montana, John Byrne, and experienced mining engineer Howard F. Welsh, both commended in print by Montana copper kings F. Augustus Heinze and William A. Clark. With several maps and photographic reproductions of the claims and works undertaken.
