Quinby 32. Published posthumously (Beatrix Potter 1866-1943) with a forward by Bertha E. Mahony, founder of The Horn Book children's magazine and part of the children's literature movement. Frontispiece is a lovely tipped-in photograph of Potter with a young child. Wag-By-Wall is a Christmas story held by request of Potter "for our Twentieth Anniversary Number (May-June 1944), states the front dust jacket flap.
