Mostly text-based book begins with 20 black and white photos documenting the famous Japanese protests of the 1960s, wherein college students and leftists fought against the presence of the US Military in Japan and Vietnam. Photographs shot by Kazuo Kitai; a little-known book in his oeuvre.
