First issued in 1959, the book features lively illustrations which accompany the text in a tour of the city of London. The author and illustrator, Miroslav Sasek (1916-1980), was a Czech emigre to Paris from the city of Prague. He is best known for his series of books which tour children around the world and are titled, “This is…”. (Inventory #: 853)
