Old staining and soiling to covers, age-toning to extremities of sheets.. bound in publishers cloth. unpaginated. Covers measure 12.5" x 18.1" 24 lithographic reproductions. Regular edition copies measure 11.8" x 17.5" I believe. This book measures 13.7" x 20.5". It is bound in publishers cloth. Will Rothenstein in an explanatory note, states 'Sixteen of these Lithographed Portraits were done during the year 1893; the remaining eight were drawn in the month of February of this year, and are dated '96. I would wish to record my thanks due to those friends of mine who have so generously and willingly supplied the Biographical Sketches facing my Drawings. Sitters are:
