Includes a double folded map of Vermont and New Hampshire in front, printed on yellow paper. The last 39 pages are advertisements, many quite graphical in nature. Occasional advertisements inserted in the main text body, extra to the pagination, and at least two printed on pink paper. A few spots to the wrappers, a really nice copy. Wraps. Front wrapper notes this is No. XIII in the series, and notes that it is sold by Claremont Stationery Company, Booksellers & Stationers, Claremont, N. H. Scarce with the map, which is often removed.
