This book is number 22 in the original series of 32 books, in 1954 the series changed its name to Honey Bunch and Norman. Mildred Wirt Benson wrote volumes 18 through 22 in this series for the Stratemeyer Syndicate. The book was advertised as "pleasing series of stories for little girls from four to eight years old".
