First edition of this embroidery book for children, complete with silk thread and iron-on pattern transfers that feature Attwell's beloved Boo-Boos. Best known for her Boo-Boos series, Mabel Lucie Attwell's art was quite a hot commodity in this period. Original color pictorial boards. Front board with card flap, with five colors of thread wrapped around it. Illustrated in color and black and white. [12] pages. Six iron-on transfers in wax paper envelope tipped onto inner rear board. Binding with light edgewear, tiny area of loss to spine. A bit less of one thread color remains. Leaves with a hint of toning.
