"Make Me Psychic," a followup to Cruikshank's lauded short film "Quasi at the Quackadero," and features the director's recurring duck characters Quasi and Anita in a psychedelic adventure in which Anita uses a hypnotizing machine to try and harness her psychic powers. Instead, Anita ends up hallucinating while never leaving her own overflowing bathtub.
