n.p.: No printer or publisher listed, 1963. Good. Each poster approximately 36 x 57 cm. Modest soiling and wear (a corner tear, a few small scraped areas, etc.) Both stamped in lower right corner: Approved for Bulletin Boards [only the first letter of last word visible on second poster]. Both posters have gun safety messages handprinted in large letters on back side with a black marker: [First poster] "Colorado Hunting Accidents A. Intentional Discharge -- 53% 1. "Sight" Shot - 32.9% 2. Sound Shot -- 67.1 % B. Unintentional Discharge - 47% Discharge 1. Self Inflicted - 57% 2. Shooting Another Person 43% C. Average Results 1. 6 mo. in Hospital 2. $10,000 in BIlls and Lost Wages; [Second poster] "Every Hunter Must Know, Practice and Make Sure Others Know and Practice Safe Gun Handling Techniques !" The first poster mixes up the states governed by Wallace and Barnett (and also misspells Governor twice and Barnett once). The second poster seems like an undated college spoof in poor taste; the first poster is less clearly a spoof but we had no luck figuring out any place where these four speakers appeared serially. The handprinted gun safety message on the back of the first poster suggests Cororado as a location; nothing else on either poster seems to give a hint as to location. An odd pair of intriguing posters which may not have been posted anywhere.
