Procedures often recorded include: vision tests, glucose monitoring, and, routine examinations, of children (including the polio vaccine) and adults. Charges generally range from $2.00 to $5.00 per visit and many patients appear to keep credit accounts. Monthly totals of gross receipts, credit accounts and payroll are also entered.
