"...the Master Key Mining Company has been incorporated by Salt Lake and Utah people, the development work will be pushed as rapidly as possible. Tentative plans are being considered at present of the starting of crosscuts to tap the fissure at the 185 foot point. The claims of the company are located in Star Mining District of Beaver County and adjoin the Hoosier Boy property on the north. A.G. Gutheil and W.C. Broeker of Price, Henry Barney, formerly superintendent of the Cardiff Mine; C.W. Reese, formerly with the Knight Interests; G.M. Sullivan and A.J.
