Dark olive boards with paper label. 2 preliminary leaves, 43 pages, 2 leaves, 21-115, [1] pages 6 folded plans. Now first printed from the 1695 original manuscript. (To which is added, a catalogue of an extensive collection of books relating to America ...). Some reversible preservation work has been done to stabilize this book (the board edges and spine have been reinforced and the spine has been rebacked in black cloth).
