Hall & Sons, 1856.  Folio. 323 x 260 mm., [12 ¾ x 10 inches].  8 pp.  Removed, illustrated with a color lithography printed in four colors.  Some soiling to margins, trimmed closely at the bottom margin with loss of most of the word "New York", otherwise very good.  Nicely designed and color printed lithograph by the New York firm of Sarony, Major & Knapp, the noted company that produced thousands of beautifully crafted color images.  See Lester Levy Sheet Music Collection at Johns Hopkins University for bibliographical description.
