Quite possibly unrecorded keepsake signed in text by E.H. Ahrens, editor of the Detroit-based newspaper Hotel Management, Food Service, and National Restaurant News. The work promotes the activities of a Major Ray, whose investigation, and eventual eradication, of the blue stripes printed on mail carrier bags saved the United States Postal Service $20,000 a year (about $350k in today's currency). Ray subsequently made a career out of hunting such so-called "blue stripes." None in the trade or OCLC as of October, 2020.
