New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1960. Cloth. Very Good/Very Good. The 1960 stated 1st edition of John Updike's second published novel. Solid and VG (very light creasing and staining to the foot of the spine) in a crisp, price-clipped, VG dustjacket, with light wear at the spine ends and light fading and abrading along the spine. A bit of inconspicuous staining as well to the inside of the dustjacket. Nonetheless, a pleasing, very presentable copy.
