Buffalo Bill, William F. Cody Photographs

Two photographs are Cabinet size, albumen prints. The photograph with ivory finish by Stacy Photographers, (Brooklyn, NY) shows Cody full length, outfitted in buckskin, holding a rifle. The photography by Sarony of New York, shows Cody holding a rifle, on a horse, posed in profile. The Stacy photograph shows overall normal fading, chip on mount of upper right corner not affecting image. The Sarony photograph is captioned, "Buffalo Bill's Wild West." The third photograph is standard albumen print Carte-de-Visite size, 2 x 3 inches, mounted to a 3 x 4 3/4 board, unidentified photographer and faded. Cody is shown bust length in decorative shirt. Cody's printed signatures in bold black are printed below his image. A small collection of "Buffalo Bill images.
