Illustrated with a number of b&w photoportraits and site pictures. Nice copy: casing is a little handled but is rather fresh, having been protected by the dj, expect a couple dealer prices writ tiny on the free endsheet and an inconspicuous bend to the pastedown, while the pretty skyblue dj is edgeworn but mildly so, and again is fresh-looking.
