Find a small cross-out in ink on ffep, lacks publisher's dust jacket, but is bright, clean and quite sound. Laid in is a TLs from a small US publisher to the Rights Department of Routledge (issuing British house) respecting copyright, perhaps prior to grasping that the item was due from B&N.
