Frankfurt: Renard Eustache Moeller, 1744. Very thick 8vo, 2 parts in 1; pp. [8], 1062; 496; engraved frontispiece, printer's device on title page; contemporary full calf, rubbed and worn, leather on spine largely perished and revealing binding structure; joints cracked, but the binding remains reasonably sound and the text relatively clean. A popular and durable dictionary for travelers, first published in 1683; the last edition with which we are acquainted is 1800. The second part has an added title page: Neues und ausführliches Dictionarium, oder deutsch-französich- und lateinisches Wörter-Buch... Vancil locates editions of 1684 and 1713. Not in Zaunmuller.
