One issues the folded in half tabloid newspaper, paper browned, shelf worn, "re Viet Nam Convetion" red penciled in on cover wrap, else in readable condition. Progressive weekly founded in support of the 1948 Progressive Party campaign of Henry Wallace for President. Much coverage of the post-WWII nascent Civil Rights movement with left wing responses to the rise of McCarthyism. As she decades progress the National Guardian becomes a paper of the new anti-Vietnam War movement.
