(ca 1893); 7 1/4 x 5 1/2; single sheet, text to recto only; unevenly trimmed with a few nicks and creases; in very good condition.A receipt, beginning with: "Dear Sir, Your play to-day will be:...(five lines enumerating the races and horses' names)." It, then cautions: "Note - only first horse named in each race. Second horse mentioned not to be noticed unless first is 'scratched'."
