Includes reports on all conduct of morality: reflections on the new year, gaming, the third commanement; reports on foreign missions; poetry; obituaries (including a report on a fatal duel in Camden NC); and, a proclamation from President Madison. Distributed largely by subscription through N. Elliot in Catskill, NY, Dodge and Sayre New York, E. F. Backus Albany, and clergy in counties of Columbia, Green and Delaware, NY and Berkshire, Massachusetts.
