[Cover Proofs]: The Comic Book Price Guide No. 13

Harmony Books, 1983. Unbound. Fine. Two printer's proofs, measuring 15" x 13" and 13" x 10", and one color guide measuring 6½" x 9". The color guide is on thick glossy paper, as is one the color printer's proof, which also has a semi-opaque overlay attached at the topedge by tape with hand-ruled lines on the overlay and with several printer's notes. The black and white printer's proof is on thinner paper but includes an image of the spine and rear cover, along with a few notes and with the Signature of author Robert M. Overstreet. Overall fine but for one proof with a contemporary vertical crease. The original cover and color proofs for *The Comic Book Price Guide No. 13* with art by Don Newton and Joe Rubenstein. The image features what comic collector call an "infinity cover" with the classic DC Comics trinity of Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman holding a copy of the very book that they are appearing on, creating and every repeating pattern. A nice image accompanied by a fine first edition copy of the published price guide.
