Book of Flowers, Animals and Birds

n.p.: n.p., n.d.. Near fine. Hardcover. Accordion style book bound in floral patterned silk, and with five double pages of original water color and calligraphy. Each is signed by the calligrapher as , and there arre additional artist seals, for a total of 10 seals. The double page images measure 12 by 12 inches, and the subjects are: crane with pine branches; green bird with peony; panda with bamboo; blue birds and nasturtiums; dragon fly and peony; brown birds and berries. Finely executed in a lovely binding which has only a trace of wear.

We have on good authority that the calligrapher is Tan Tien . Although not dated, it appears to be from the later half of the 20th century.
