This title features poems about people and things starting with each letter of the alphabet, ending with a poem about playing when lessons are done. 3.5'' x 2.75''. Original purple imitation goatskin-backed pictorial boards. Full-page hand-colored frontispiece with hand-colored illustrations throughout. [32] pages. Light soiling and mild scuffing to boards; some worming to spine, variously repaired. Some soiling and loss to frontispiece with repairs to verso; some foxing to leaves with small tape repairs to some margins. Else sound.
