The beautifully hand colored print depicts a green parrot perched on a stand, with a yellow head and shoulders, and red and blue feathers at its wings.

Eleazer Albin (1690-1742) was an English naturalist and watercolor painter who wrote and illustrated several books on insects, birds, and fish.
