The basis for two movie adaptations, the first with Vivien Leigh and Warren Beatty and the more recent with Helen Mirren, Olivier Martinez, and Anne Bancroft. A tight close to near fine copy in black cloth boards with a small spot to the edge of a few pages in a near fine Alvin Lustig designed dust jacket that has some minor wear. Despite the minor flaws a very pleasing copy.
