A couple of small bumps to top front and rear edges. Gentle bump to bottom front tip. Small dog-eared corner of title page. Equally attractive unclipped dust-jacket, ($1.75), has some very small, shallow crinkles to the front top edge but is fresh and bright with no chipping or tears. Told in verse, this is the story of a New Yorker from the Lower East Side, going to the chair for a crime he didn't commit with boxing rings, speakeasies and the Underworld of the City as a backdrop.
