New York: Vietnam Peace Parade Committee, 1970. Handbill. Single 8.5x11 inch sheet printed both sides, horizontally fold creased, otherwise very good. Depicts an angel standing on the globe holding up a peace sign with a severed telephone wire coiled around him. Outlines how to avoid paying the 10% tax levied on telephone service in 1966 to help pay for the Vietnam War. Undated, but the sample telephone bill used as an illustration has an early 1970 date.
