Beveled edges, a.e.g. Elaborate gilt bordered turn-ins. Marbled end-papers. 22 mounted illustrations. Square, tight and clean throughout with only a couple of scattered spots not affecting plates or text. Fairly mild rubbing to hinges, edges and tips. Small, short, neat gift inscription, "From F.B.H.", Very well-preserved. A most handsome collectable copy.
