(1868 - 1935) was a Galician-Ukrainian politician, author, historian, and one of the co-founders of the Ukrainian RadicalParty, and later - the Ukrainian National-Democratic Party. He would also serve as a delegate to teh Ukrainian National Council of the Western Ukrainian People's Republic as an ambassador to the Austrian Parliament. his current, satirical novel was directed against falsification of elections, bribery of voters, and swindling electoral votes.
