Paris in the nineteenth century photo archive of 9 albumen prints on original photographer's cardstock with thin red borders. C. 1880s. Cabinet size 6.5" x 4.25" inches. The photographs were issued by "BTE Guerard" a photography and estampe publisher located at "204 Rue de Rivoli" by "Au Jardin des Tuileries" with his label on the verso of each photo Vintage sepia photos of famous Parisian landmarks including the Le Boulevard Saint-Martin, the Arc of Triomphe, the opera, the place de la Concord, Saint Germain and the Madeline on Rue Royale. Some of the images show Paris streets before the automobiles with multiple horse-drawn carriages and Parisians in (truncated)
