Square, tight and clean throughout. Some fairly mild edge-wear. Bumping to top tips. Some scattered spotting on both boards. Tiny signature on the front paste-down. Simply gorgeous unclipped first state, (laminated), dust-jacket, ($2.00), was clearly removed before reading as it is in stunning condition. A tiny, barely noticeable closed tear at the crown but otherwise a remarkably fresh and bright, well-preserved example with no chipping, creases or toning. John Coleman Burroughs designed the jacket as well as seven b&w interior illustrations. A beautiful collectable copy of the fifth Pellucidar novel and at a great price.
