Written to be published in facsimile as an element of a Signed broadside in 1997 by The University of Charleston (West Virginia) Parchment Gallery Graphics; the broadside featured the text in facsimile, an illustration by Ricardo Martinez, and and decorative Mayan border by Red Clay Press.
