4 ¼" x 2 5/8"; pale blue glazed-stock with silver-embossed borders and scrolling decoration across the face and 4 flaps; 2 scalloped flaps; matching pale blue damask padded-oval badge with netting loops, stamped silver design and letters, and chromolithograph portrait of a cupid onlaid to envelope face; small inner envelope affixed to verso face; netting lightly age-toned, some warping of envelope; near fine.
