Issues present are Vol. 7, Nos. 1 January 1976, 8-10 October to December 1976, vol. 8, nos. 5 & 6 August & September 1977, vol. 9, no. 8 August 1978. The WPC was a USSR supported international peace organization promoting disarmament and an end to war. Generally critical of U.S. and NATO foriegn policy and uncritical of Warsaw Pact foreign policy.
