Top third with a illustration of four bewhiskered men with carpetbags striding towards the fair. Off-white paper a little toned, tiny loss at one corner, else near fine. Notice by the printers name "Sample Pictorial Fair Dodger", which might indicate this was used to also advertise the printer's work.
